"Cynthia's father was the apprentice of a Bounty Hunter, while her mother was the young pampered pet of a wealthy family. The two had quickly become friends and eventually fell for each other, later having two cubs together. But when their son died during colosseum training-- and it was discovered that his daughter was to be given away as a replacement-- Cynthia's father quickly took action and ran away with his mate and remaining child, hoping to find safety in one of the empires. The Bounty Hunters eventually caught up with the small family, and while the parents managed to hide their daughter near Lightning Empire's borders, they themselves were unfortunately recaptured. Their fate is unknown, but it's likely that both parents eventually met their deaths in the colosseum.

Cynthia was found the next morning by a Lightning patrol. After that she was cared for by the current den mothers, and quickly made new friends among her empire clan-mates."

Definitely not one of my best, but I've been wanting to draw Cyn's parents. That pair was just a couple of young teenagers trying to make things work. Sad how things turned out.

A little out of order, but I spotted this image and it's accompanying description, and it piqued my interest. It's a nice drawing, their expressions are different but both still intent in their own way. And that little one is adorable. The desperation got my attention and I started to pay attention to any other submissions of Cynthia while going through my messages :XD: Spoiler alert: I like her.
